Summer Vacation to Southern Cali

Kaydin's cute poses. She is 8 months and just steals our hearts. She enjoys her afternoon naps on mommy and daddy's bed.

We went to our stake Lagoon day. Dax is with his two friends Trey and Chase. We had a blast and as you can see we wore out Dax and even Kaydin. For the next 5 days Dax kept saying "goon goon".

Kaydin is so huge at her 6 month check up she weighed 18 lbs and was in the 95% for height. She for sure will be taller than me. She really enjoys eating and is a very happy baby if she has a full tummy. She just melts every bodies heart. She is always smiling and laughing. She definitely requires a lot more attention than Dax ever did as a baby. I guess girls are just more high maintenance! We can not get enough of her and her sweet smile.

Kaydin's Blessing

This is Kaydin's pretty pink ring she got for her blessing. The blessing was January 27th 2008.



The boys who contributed to the blessing, my grandpa Don, Ryan's dad Vic, Ryan, Ryan's brother Justin, my dad, and Ryan's brother-in-law Blake.

Picture time for Dax and Kaydin

When Aunt Jess was trying to take some pictures of baby Kaydin, Daxton wanted his picture taken too! She can't have all the lime light right! It is very cute how he loves his little sister!

October 29th 2007, Kaydin was born 6 lbs 14.8 ounces, 20 inches long. Kaydin's birth was a lot easier than Daxton's. I slept through most of it. I kept my legs together because I was waiting for my dad to arrive from the airport. No one at the hospital wanted to leave to go get my dad because they were worried they would miss the birth. So we asked our good friends Brady and Brook if they would go pick up my dad at the airport and bring him to the hospital. Soon after my dad got there I gave birth to Kaydin. It was so great to have my family and Ryan's family there to welcome Kaydin into this world.
